Seafood Country Boil

Description:

Famous in the Low Country of Georgia and South Carolina. This boil is done best on an outdoor cooker. It has sausage, shrimp, crab, potatoes and corn for an all-in-one pot allyou- can-eat buffet!
Notes: Use an outdoor turkey fryer for best results.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
5 lbs New Potatoes
3 - (16oz) packages cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 in pieces
8 ears fresh corn, husks & silks removed
5 lbs whole crab, broken into pieces
4 lbs fresh shrimp


Directions:

1) Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor cooker
2) Add Old Bay seasoning
3) Bring to a hard boil
4) Add potatoes and sausage and cook for 10 min
5) Add corn and crab and cook for another 5 min
6) Add shrimp and cook for another 3-4 min
7) Drain water, dump on a picnic table, and enjoy
