Ingredients:

Jalapeño peppers
Salt
Vinegar


Directions:

1) Slice peppers into rings
2) Let soak in salt water in refrigerator overnight
3) Drain water (don't inhale over peppers)
4) Pack into 1/2 pint jars
5) Pour vinegar water over peppers 1 part vinegar to 1 part water cooked until boiling)
6) Seal and process in boiling water bath 15 minutes
