Nut Rolls

Ingredients:

Rolls - 1/2 Cup Milk (Warm)
Rolls - 2 oz Cake Yeast (or 3 pkg. yeast)
Rolls - 6 Cups Flour
Rolls - 1 teaspoon Salt
Rolls - 3 tablespoons Sugar
Rolls - 1/2 LB - 2 Sticks Butter (softened)
Rolls - 3 Large Eggs
Rolls - 1 Cup Sour Cream
Filling - 3 Cups Sugar
Filling - 2 LBS Shelled Walnuts (ground)
Filling - 1 Cup Milk


Directions:

1) Disolve yeast in milk
2) In a big mixer, combine all "Rolls" ingredients except flour
3) When this is mixed, use dough hook and add flour, first 4 cups, then 1/2 cup at a time until you use all the flour
4) Mix until it looks good - about 5 minutes
5) Dump out on a flour surface and separate into 6 balls
6) Roll each out thin (approx. 9 x 12)
7) Make Spread Filling - Combine all "filling" ingridients in a large bowl. If required, add more milk to make it spreadable
8) Roll up and seal with a little water on the edges
9) Let rise 1 hour
10) Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes
