Ingredients:

2 slabs baby backribs
2 tbsp grill mates, pork rub
1 tbsp barbecue sauce (Mixture)
1 tbsp yellow mustard (Mixture)
8 fl oz beer (Mixture)
1 tbsp honey (Mixture)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Topping)
1 tbsp brown sugar (Topping)


Directions:

1) Turn Traeger on Smoke for 5 min with lid open
2) Peel Membrane of the back of the ribs
3) Apply Rub to Ribs (For extra flavor put in fridge for 2 hours)
4) Place ribs direct on grill and cook on Smoke for 3 hours
5) Put on baking sheet, coat with mixture (Beer, Mustard, Honey, BBQ Sauce (1tbsp)), and cook at 225 degrees for 2 hours
6) Apply Mixture every half hour
7) Add additional BBQ Sauce (4 fl oz, more if desired), sprinkle top with brown sugar, wrap tightly in foil, and cook at 225 degrees for 1 hour
8) Place ribs directly on Grill at 225 degrees for 30 min to let finish
9) Let Ribs Sit for 10 min
