Cleeters (Crepe Suzette's)

Description:

Breakfast or Desert thin "pancake-style" delights. Fill with mozzarella cheese & dill or jelly/jams, topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients:

1-egg
Small Batch: 1-egg 1/2 cup flour milk pinch of salt Large Batch: 3-eggs 1-cup flour milk 1/4 - t salt
Small batch:
1/2-cup flour
milk
pinch of salt


Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl starting with a small amount of milk.
2) Mix continously adding more milk while stirring.
3) Continue adding milk until the mixture is fairly diluted, but not "watery".
4) Lighty grease a frying pan (preferably non-stick pan) and heat to 300 degrees.
5) Ladel the batter into the pan tilting the pan in a circular motion until the batter coats the entire pan bottom.
6) Cook until the batter is no longer moist on the top and the edges begin to turn brown.
7) Gently lift and flip with a pancake turner and cook the second side for 30-45 seconds.
