French Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup water 70 - 80 degrees
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tbsp cornmeal (topping)
1 egg white (topping)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (topping)


Directions:

1) Combine water, sugar, salt, bread flour & yeast
2) Set bread machine on dough
3) When done divide in half
4) Roll into 10 x8 rectangle
5) Roll up starting at long side
6) Sprinkle greased sheet with cornmeal
7) Brush loves with egg wash
8) Sprinkle on sesame seeds
9) Cut 4 slits on top
10) Let rise 20 min
11) Bake 375 20-25 min
