Enchilada

Enchilada's made with homemade Sauce Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Makes: 9 x 13 Pan

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef, Cooked
1 Cup Serving Rice, Cooked
1 Packet Enchilada Sauce
1.5 Cups Mexican Cheese
1 Jar Homemade Salsa
Tortilla Shells


Directions:

1) Cook down Homemade Salsa for about 10 Minutes
2) Combine Cooked Rice, Sauce, Beef and Cheese
3) Lightly soak Tortilla Shell in Sauce
4) Add small layer of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 pan
5) Fill tortilla shells with sauce mix
6) Put remaining sauce on top of tortilla's and top with cheese
7) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes with foil
