Ingredients: |
1 lb Ground Beef, Cooked |
1 Cup Serving Rice, Cooked |
1 Packet Enchilada Sauce |
1.5 Cups Mexican Cheese |
1 Jar Homemade Salsa |
Tortilla Shells |
Directions: |
1) Cook down Homemade Salsa for about 10 Minutes |
2) Combine Cooked Rice, Sauce, Beef and Cheese |
3) Lightly soak Tortilla Shell in Sauce |
4) Add small layer of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 pan |
5) Fill tortilla shells with sauce mix |
6) Put remaining sauce on top of tortilla's and top with cheese |
7) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes with foil |
