Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients: |
1 cup sugar (Casserole) |
2 eggs (Casserole) |
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (Casserole) |
1 tsp. vanilla (Casserole) |
1/3 cup milk (Casserole) |
1/2 cup butter (Casserole) |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar (Topping) |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour (Topping) |
1/3 cup butter or margarine (Topping) |
1 cup finely chopped pecans (Topping) |
Directions: |
1) Combine all "Casserole" ingredients; mix with electric mixer until smooth. |
2) Spoon into greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish |
3) Mix together "Toppings"; sprinkle over top of sweet potato casserole. |
4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
