Ingredients: |
7 oz (2 2/3 cup) Coconut |
1/3 Cup Sugar |
3 Tbsp Flour |
1/8 tsp salt |
2 egg whites |
1/2 tsp. almond extract |
Directions: |
1) Combine coconut, sugar, flour, salt in a bowl and mix well |
2) Add egg whites and almond extract |
3) Form into 1 inch balls a place on a greased cookie sheet |
4) Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min |
