Ingredients: |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 eggs seperated |
2 cups buttermilk |
4 tablespoon melted butter |
Directions: |
1) Wish together dry ingredients |
2) In another bowl beat egg whites until soft glossy peaks form |
3) Another bowl wish together egg yolks, buttermilk and butter |
4) Mix the dry and wet ingredients together then fold in egg whites |
5) Cook waffles according to your waffle maker |
