Classic waffles

Description:

Crispy and light Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: Per waffle iron
Makes: 6 to 8 waffles
Notes: Great base to add your own personal touches


Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs seperated
2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoon melted butter


Directions:

1) Wish together dry ingredients
2) In another bowl beat egg whites until soft glossy peaks form
3) Another bowl wish together egg yolks, buttermilk and butter
4) Mix the dry and wet ingredients together then fold in egg whites
5) Cook waffles according to your waffle maker
