Cinnamon rolls

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 12 rolls

Ingredients:

1 cup warm milk (110 degrees)
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup softened butter
3 ounce softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup softened butter


Directions:

1) Put milk, eggs, 1st melted butter, flour, salt, white sugar and yeast in pan of bread machine and select dough setting
2) Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside
3) When machine is finished, roll dough into a 16 x 21 inch rectangle
4) Spread dough with 1/3 cup softened butter and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture
5) Starting from short side, roll up dough
6) Cut into 12 rolls and space apart on a 12 x 16 breaded cookie sheet
7) Cover and let rise until doubled (30 minutes)
8) Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake rolls til golden brown about 15 minutes
9) While rolls are baking beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup butterr, vanilla and salt
10) Let rolls cool about 10 minutes, then spread frosting on warm rolls
