Smoked Pork Shoulder

Best Pulled Pork I've ever had. Takes a while, but worth the wait. Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 14 hours
Makes: 10-40 lbs

Ingredients:

applewood pork rub
apple juice
pork shoulder
BBQ sauce to taste


Directions:

1) Turn on smoker and wait 5 min
2) generously apply pork rub to pork shoulder
3) place pork shoulder fat side up on smoker for 7 hours
4) wrap pork shoulder in foil with apple juice, then smoke for another 7 hours
5) take off smoker and let sit for 15 min
6) use tongs to break apart the meat
7) add BBQ sauce to taste
