Ingredients: |
applewood pork rub |
apple juice |
pork shoulder |
BBQ sauce to taste |
Directions: |
1) Turn on smoker and wait 5 min |
2) generously apply pork rub to pork shoulder |
3) place pork shoulder fat side up on smoker for 7 hours |
4) wrap pork shoulder in foil with apple juice, then smoke for another 7 hours |
5) take off smoker and let sit for 15 min |
6) use tongs to break apart the meat |
7) add BBQ sauce to taste |
