Ingredients:

1 cup canola oil

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 can pumpkin

1 teaspoon baking sida

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 cups flour

Directions:

1) Cream together oil, eggs and sugar

2) Add remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes

3) Pour into greased pans

4) Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes

5) Frost with cream cheese frosting when cool
