Pumpkin cake

Ingredients: |
1 cup canola oil |
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 can pumpkin |
1 teaspoon baking sida |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 cups flour |
Directions: |
1) Cream together oil, eggs and sugar |
2) Add remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes |
3) Pour into greased pans |
4) Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes |
5) Frost with cream cheese frosting when cool |
