Ingredients: |
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar |
Salt to Taste |
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg (Optional) |
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon (Optional) |
2/3 Cup Milk |
2 Eggs |
6 Thick Slices Bread |
Directions: |
1) Beat together Egg, Milk, Salt, Desired Spices and Vanilla |
2) Heat a lightly oiled griddle of skillet over medium-high flare |
3) Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. |
4) Lightly coat each piece of toast with powdered sugar |
