Triple Berry Jam

Ingredients: |
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries |
2 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries |
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries |
1/4 cup bottled lemon juice |
2 packages (1 3/4 ounce each) powdered fruit pectin |
11 cups sugar |
Directions: |
1) Combine berries and lemon juice in stockpot, crush fruit |
2) Stir in pectin bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly |
3) Stir in sugar, return to full boil and boil one more minute stirring constantly |
4) Ladle into hit jars |
5) Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes |
