Triple Berry Jam

Summertime all year long Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: Approx 20 min plus 10 min.
Makes: 6 pints

Ingredients:

4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
2 packages (1 3/4 ounce each) powdered fruit pectin
11 cups sugar


Directions:

1) Combine berries and lemon juice in stockpot, crush fruit
2) Stir in pectin bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly
3) Stir in sugar, return to full boil and boil one more minute stirring constantly
4) Ladle into hit jars
5) Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes
