Jalapeño peppers |
Salt |
Vinegar |
Directions: |
1) Slice peppers into rings |
2) Let soak in salt water in refrigerator overnight |
3) Drain water (don't inhale over peppers) |
4) Pack into 1/2 pint jars |
5) Pour vinegar water over peppers 1 part vinegar to 1 part water cooked until boiling) |
6) Seal and process in boiling water bath 15 minutes |
