Ingredients: |
18 cups shredded zuchini |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
3 cups sugar |
1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice |
Directions: |
1) Bring juices and sugar to boil |
2) Add zucchini and simmer 20 min. |
3) Pack in hot jars |
4) Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes |
