Canned Zucchini Cake

Ingredients: |
1 pint canned zuchinni |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup canola oil |
2 eggs |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup raisins |
Directions: |
1) Drain zuchinni |
2) Mix eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini together |
3) Mix dry ingredients and add tovwet |
4) Stir in raisins |
5) Pour into greased pan |
6) Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes |
