Canned Zucchini Cake

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 8x8 square pan
Notes: See canned zucchini recipe or substitute canned crushed pineapple


Ingredients:

1 pint canned zuchinni
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins


Directions:

1) Drain zuchinni
2) Mix eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini together
3) Mix dry ingredients and add tovwet
4) Stir in raisins
5) Pour into greased pan
6) Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
