Sweet & sour sauce

Description:

Dip for egg rolls Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
Notes: Just like eating Chinese take-out


Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
Paprika


Directions:

1) Bring sugar, water and vinegar to boil in saucepan
2) Mix cold water and cornstarch together
3) Stir into boiling liquid, cook til thickened
4) Add paprika til desired color
