Notes: You can add pizza sauce or use different types of Ragu. You can also use different variety of pasta. |
Ingredients: |
1 lb Ground Sausage |
1 lb Ground Beef |
16 oz. Rotini Macaroni |
2 Qt. Ragu Saucec |
1 Jar Sliced Mushrooms |
1 Pkg of Pepperoni |
Diced Onion and Green Pepper |
12 oz. Pkg Mozzarella Cheese |
Garlic Salt |
Italian Seasoning |
8 oz. Mini Shell Macaroni |
Directions: |
1) Brown and drain the sausage and beef |
2) Cook the rotini and macaroni according to package directions and drain |
3) Mix the sausage, beef and pasta in a large pan |
4) Stir in sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, green pepper and seasonings |
5) Divide the cavatini mixture into 2 9x13 pans |
6) Top with Mozzarella cheese |
7) Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes |
