Ingredients: |
6 beaten egg yolks |
2 cups milk |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 to 3 tablespoons light rum |
1 to 3 tablespoons bourbon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Ground nutmeg |
Directions: |
1) In large sauce pan mix the egg yolks, milk, and sugar |
2) Cook and stir till mixture coats a metal spoon |
3) Place in pan in bowl or sink with cold water and ice |
4) Mix in Rum, Bourbon, and Vanilla |
5) Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours |
