Eggnog

Cook Time: 4-24 hours (chill)

Ingredients:

6 beaten egg yolks
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 to 3 tablespoons light rum
1 to 3 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
Ground nutmeg


Directions:

1) In large sauce pan mix the egg yolks, milk, and sugar
2) Cook and stir till mixture coats a metal spoon
3) Place in pan in bowl or sink with cold water and ice
4) Mix in Rum, Bourbon, and Vanilla
5) Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours
