Ingredients: |
1/2 Cup Flour |
2 Tablespoons Sugar |
2 Eggs |
1/2 Cup (or more) Milk |
Mozzarella Cheese |
Jelly |
Dill |
Directions: |
1) Mix Flour, Sugar, Eggs and Milk |
2) Pour a small amount onto a hot frying pan to make a thin circle |
3) Cook for 1 min. on medium heat until it bubbles |
4) Carefully turn over and cook for 1 more minute |
5) Serve with Jelly or Mozzarella Cheese |
