Ingredients: |
8 oz. Lasagna Noodles |
1 lb. Ground Beef |
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta Cheese |
1 Egg |
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese |
1 1/2 cups Parmesean Cheese |
26 oz. Spaghetti Sauce |
Directions: |
1) Preheat oven to 350 |
2) Prepare 8 oz (1/2 pkg) Lasagna |
3) Brown Meat |
4) Mix ricotta, egg, mozzarella and parmesean |
5) Pour 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of a 9x13 baking pan and cover with a layer of cooked lasagna, a layer of cheese, and meat |
6) Repeat this process in layers until all ingredients are used |
7) Top layer should be sauce and grated cheese |
8) Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees |
