Traditional-Style White Bread

Cook Time: 1 hour
Makes: 1 loaf
Notes: Bread Machine (Quick)


Ingredients:

1 cup and 2 tbsp (9 oz total) of hot water (115-125 degrees)
2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread machine flour
5 tsp bread machine yeast


Directions:

1) Place ingredients into the bread pan in the following order: water, oil, sugar, salt and flour.
2) With finger, make a small indentation on one side of the flour. Add yeast to indentation, make sure it doesn’t come into contact with the liquid ingredients.
3) Insert bread pan into bread maker.
4) Press the menu button until the “ExpressBake” program is selected.
5) Press the Start button.
