Directions:

1) Disolve yeast in milk |
2) In a big mixer, combine all "Rolls" ingredients except flour |
3) When this is mixed, use dough hook and add flour, first 4 cups, then 1/2 cup at a time until you use all the flour |
4) Mix until it looks good - about 5 minutes |
5) Dump out on a flour surface and separate into 6 balls |
6) Roll each out thin (approx. 9 x 12) |
7) Make Spread Filling - Combine all "filling" ingridients in a large bowl. If required, add more milk to make it spreadable |
8) Roll up and seal with a little water on the edges |
9) Let rise 1 hour |
10) Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes |
