Directions:

1) Turn Traeger on Smoke for 5 min with lid open |
2) Peel Membrane of the back of the ribs |
3) Apply Rub to Ribs (For extra flavor put in fridge for 2 hours) |
4) Place ribs direct on grill and cook on Smoke for 3 hours |
5) Put on baking sheet, coat with mixture (Beer, Mustard, Honey, BBQ Sauce (1tbsp)), and cook at 225 degrees for 2 hours |
6) Apply Mixture every half hour |
7) Add additional BBQ Sauce (4 fl oz, more if desired), sprinkle top with brown sugar, wrap tightly in foil, and cook at 225 degrees for 1 hour |
8) Place ribs directly on Grill at 225 degrees for 30 min to let finish |
9) Let Ribs Sit for 10 min |
