Notes: Can make 2 pies or one with a top crust |
Ingredients: |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon ice water |
Directions: |
1) Sift together flour and salt |
2) Wisk together oil and water |
3) Pour water mixture over flour mixture and stir together |
4) Divide into two pieces |
5) Roll out to fit the pie pan |
