Pie crust

Description:

Quick basic pie crusts Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time:
Makes: 2 crusts
Notes: Can make 2 pies or one with a top crust


Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon ice water


Directions:

1) Sift together flour and salt
2) Wisk together oil and water
3) Pour water mixture over flour mixture and stir together
4) Divide into two pieces
5) Roll out to fit the pie pan
