Ingredients:

8 fresh mint leaves

1 oz Simple Syrup

3 oz Bourbon

Crushed ice

Directions:

1) In Julep cup muddle 7 mint leaves with 1 oz of simple syrup

2) Add crushed ice to the top of the glass

3) Pour Bourbon over the top and stir

4) Garnish with 1 mint leaf
