Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl starting with a small amount of milk. |
2) Mix continously adding more milk while stirring. |
3) Continue adding milk until the mixture is fairly diluted, but not "watery". |
4) Lighty grease a frying pan (preferably non-stick pan) and heat to 300 degrees. |
5) Ladel the batter into the pan tilting the pan in a circular motion until the batter coats the entire pan bottom. |
6) Cook until the batter is no longer moist on the top and the edges begin to turn brown. |
7) Gently lift and flip with a pancake turner and cook the second side for 30-45 seconds. |
