Soft Pretzels

Just like the ball park. A fan favorite Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 2 hours
Makes: 30 pretzels

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup water 70 - 80 degrees
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 large egg, beaten (topping)
course sea salt (topping)


Directions:

1) Combine water, sugar, salt, bread flour, & yeast
2) Set bread machine on dough
3) When done divide in half
4) Roll into 2 - 8x10 rectangles
5) Cut into one inch strips
6) Shape into pretzels
7) Brush with egg mixture
8) Sprinkle with coarse salt
9) Let rise 10 min
10) Bake 375 20-25 min
