Ingredients: |
1 1/4 cup water 70 - 80 degrees |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 1/2 cup bread flour |
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast |
1 large egg, beaten (topping) |
course sea salt (topping) |
Directions: |
1) Combine water, sugar, salt, bread flour, & yeast |
2) Set bread machine on dough |
3) When done divide in half |
4) Roll into 2 - 8x10 rectangles |
5) Cut into one inch strips |
6) Shape into pretzels |
7) Brush with egg mixture |
8) Sprinkle with coarse salt |
9) Let rise 10 min |
10) Bake 375 20-25 min |
