Ingredients: |
1 1/4 cup water 70 - 80 degrees |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 1/2 cup bread flour |
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast |
1 tbsp cornmeal (topping) |
1 egg white (topping) |
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (topping) |
Directions: |
1) Combine water, sugar, salt, bread flour & yeast |
2) Set bread machine on dough |
3) When done divide in half |
4) Roll into 10 x8 rectangle |
5) Roll up starting at long side |
6) Sprinkle greased sheet with cornmeal |
7) Brush loves with egg wash |
8) Sprinkle on sesame seeds |
9) Cut 4 slits on top |
10) Let rise 20 min |
11) Bake 375 20-25 min |
