Notes: If Thicker sauce is desired, add extra cornstarch. Try to double recipe when this is made. |
Ingredients: |
dash salt |
2 cups blueberries |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
2 tsp cornstarch |
Directions: |
1) Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. |
2) Stir in water. |
3) Add Berries |
4) Bring to a boil; simmer until clear and thickened, about 4 min. |
5) Remove from heat and add lemon juice. |
