BlueBerry Sauce

Delicious served on your favorite desserts, angel food cake, puddings or warm over ice cream, waffles and pancakes. Prep Time: 5 Min
Cook Time: 10 Min
Makes: 8 oz
Notes: If Thicker sauce is desired, add extra cornstarch. Try to double recipe when this is made.


Ingredients:

dash salt
2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp cornstarch


Directions:

1) Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
2) Stir in water.
3) Add Berries
4) Bring to a boil; simmer until clear and thickened, about 4 min.
5) Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
